At its launch event, Apple has unveiled 2 of its latest additions to the iPhone lineup, The iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max bringing the most advanced iPhones ever while taking its smartphone vision to a new level.

The new phones come with desirable features for its global customers while coming at a price of $999 and $1,099 for the Xs and Xs Max respectively. Both phones measure 5.8 inches and 6.5 inches respectively while also featuring Super Retina displays, an improved and faster dual camera system which offers stunning photo and video features, the first 7-nanometer chip ever featured in a smartphone and several other noteworthy features.

The A12 Bionic chip is bundled with a next-generation Neural Engine standing as one remarkable feature in addition to a faster Face ID, wider stereo sound and a beautiful new gold finish and introduction of Dual SIM to the iPhone.

Both phones are built on the all-screen design of the preceding iPhone X and comes with very sharp displays with the highest pixel density for any Apple device. Its Super Retina displays featuring a custom OLED design supports Dolby Vision and HDR10 along with having iOS system-wide color management for the best color accuracy in the smartphone scene.

The Xs and Xs Max offers a million-to-one contrast ratio with stunning brightness and true blacks while outputting 60 percent greater dynamic range in HDR photos. The Max delivers a higher-grade immersive experience with its over 3 million pixels for videos, movies and games standing as the largest display ever in an iPhone.

Its surgical grade stainless steel band now comes in gold joins finishes in silver and space gray. Its wider stereo playback offers a more immersive soundstage along with a front and back glass design featuring the most durable glass ever in a smartphone with improved scratch resistance as stated by Apple.

It comes with water resistance of IP68 for up to 2 meters for 30 minutes guarding against everyday spills, It’s glass back enables faster wireless charging with a 7-nanometer chip for the smartphone delivering industry-leading performance in a more power-efficient design.

The Apple-designed A12 Bionic chip comes with a six-core fusion architecture with two performance cores that are up to 15% faster, 4 efficiency cores offering 50% more efficiency, a four-core GPU, a powerful Apple-designed Image Signal Processor (ISP) and video encoder among other features.

Even with this high power, The Xs offers 30 minutes longer than iPhone X while the Max offers an hour and a half longer between charges. Its next-generation Neural Engine is made for machine learning in everything from photography to AR with its new eight-core design allowing up to 5 trillion operations per second compared to 600 billion in the preceding A11 Bionic.

New capabilities such as faster plane detection for ARKit along with new features that use real-time machine learning empowering developers to create apps utilizing this unique feature. Other notable features of the 2 new additions including a better advanced camera, a faster secure facial authentication system and a bundle with the iOS 12 operating system being launched on September 17.

Both phones will be available for pre-order starting from Friday, September 14 with an imminent launch in Apple stores on the 21st of September.
