Fleetsmith – a device management platform for Apple devices – has raised $30 million Series B funding led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Upfront Ventures, Tiger Global, and Harrison Metal. Menlo Ventures partner and former Evernote executive Naomi Pilosof Ionita is joining the company’s board with this round. Menlo Ventures partner Matt Murphy is also joining as a board observer.

Fleetsmith has now raised more than $40 million in total and says it will use this newest funding to further develop its platform, hire new team members and expand internationally. The San Francisco based company aims to triple its employee count and expand its operations in Europe. It currently has nearly 30 employees, including former Google and PandaDoc marketing executive Dan Levinschi who was hired as Vice President of Marketing in the past year.

Fleetsmith raised $7.7 million Series A funding April last year. Upfront Ventures led the round, with participation from Index Ventures and Harrison Metal. Two of these VC firms — Harrison Metal and Index Ventures — notably returned for this Series B round. Fleetsmith was founded by former IT and security leaders from Dropbox and Wikia (now Fandom). It’s currently led by CEO Zack Blum who previously managed IT at Wikia.
