Telecom giant T-Mobile has announced it’s pursuing a series of bond sales that aggregate to $4 billion. The aggregate consists of $1 billion in bonds due by 2026, $1.25 billion due by 2031, and $1.75 billion also due by 2031. The bond offering is expected to close on the 24th of June, 2020. T-Mobile primarily intends to use the bond proceeds to service its debt.
T-Mobile’s new bond offering notably comes on the heels of the company’s merger with competitor Sprint. T-Mobile has said it’ll begin eliminating the Sprint brand by this summer, intending to fully operate under its own brand. The bond offering also comes on the heels of hundreds of layoffs at T-Mobile, primarily from the Sprint division.

T-Mobile has yet to answer to thousands of requests regarding the release of information about the extreme danger to normal mental health of the millions of American citizens being subjected to billions of Hertz of Scalar Radiation from all of the thousands of 5G towers in existence, the plan to erect thousands more near schools, hospitals, nursuries and day care centers is staggering.
The layoffs at this time of unemployed numbers is a
criminal act, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Scalar radiation causes disruption of normal binaural frequency generated by the human brain. Nothing good will come of the proliferation of 5G towers, they kill bees, birds and cause birth defects. Billions of dollars have been spent by these telecom giants to obfuscate the truth of the harm they cause. Its another huge money maker for the elites, cell phones cost roughly 10 dollars to make, yet they charge $400 to $900 dollars each. Its all another scam which damages the environment, hurts animals and is ultimately hurting your ability to think clearly and remain in touch with mother nature. Shame!
