California based Blue Microphones, notable for its acquisition by Logitech last year has unveiled a new microphone, the Ember XLR Microphone made for use in activities like professional recording, YouTube production, and streaming. It’s ideal for applications like live streaming, capturing of professional sound and SoundCloud recording for a reasonable price, costing $100 to buyers.
The Ember counts features including a proprietary, hand-tuned custom condenser capsule that caters for clear performance, a tight cardioid pickup pattern that focuses on sound source directly in front of the mic while minimizing background noise, custom-designed phantom power circuitry and a precise cardioid polar pattern that ensures consistent frequency response, Blue says.
