Caffeine TV, a live-streaming upstart, has announced it’s secured $113 million in Series D funding co-led by Cox Enterprises, Fox Corporation, and Sanabil Investments, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and Greylock Partners. The new funding boosts the total amount that Caffeine has raised since its inception to about $260 million, and values the company at more than $600 million. Caffeine says it’ll use the new funding to fuel its growth and pursue streaming deals with popular entertainers, a strategy that it’s long employed to attract users to its streaming service.

Caffeine is a live-streaming service that has collaborated with celebrities like Drake and rapper “Offset” to draw users to its platform. The company streams everything ranging from games to sports shows and even rap battles. Caffeine seems to be a Twitch challenger even though the company’s focus spreads outside just games. Exclusive shows and streams on the company’s platform have been able to draw more than 2 million users so far, quite impressive for a company founded just four years ago.

Caffeine TV is based out of Redwood City, California.
