French Ad Technology startup Dolead closes $15 million Series B funding Round

Advertising technology startup Dolead notably based out Paris where the company builds its core products consisting of a Campaign Manager which uses in-depth data to optimize ad campaigns for its users and also a digital marketing lead generation software used for the gathering and acquisition of data has now raised $15 million in a new Series B round led by French VC firms Ring Capital and XAnge in a bid to grow its operations whilst having good resource capital to fuel Dolead’s growth.

This new investment round brings the total raised by Dolead to $20 million since its start in 2007 which is the same year Dolead notably raised its first ever funding round which amounted to a €675K Series A investment.

Dolead has now grown at a good pace since then with the company reported to have a turnover of over 10 million Euros this year with over 350 core customers making use of its ad optimization product.

With Dolead making use of semantics, behavioral statistics, algorithms and big data to provide its optimization services, Dolead has gained more than 300 brands as partners for its ad platform which include the likes of Google, Bing and a whole lot of other advertising platforms.

The company is also currently profitable with 40 employees as of now and plans to grow its team as it makes use of this investment to accelerate its Research & Development and expand its services into new markets.

Dolead was founded by French entrepreneurs Arthur Saint-Père and Guillaume Heintz who currently head the company as co-CEOs overseeing the French startup which has been scaling its services since its start 11 years ago.
