The 52nd Consumer Electronics Show (CES) event will be holding from 8 to 11 of January next year, featuring over 1,000 speakers, more than 4,400 exhibiting companies and 182,000 persons booked for attendance. One of this exhibitors is LG who will be unveiling the HomeBrew, a machine that makes the brewing process easy thanks to single-use capsules just like in Coffee makers, optimized fermentation algorithm and self-cleaning ability.
The single-use capsules which contain malt, yeast, hop oil and flavoring will let users relax as the HomeBrew automates the entire brewing procedure from fermentation, carbonation and aging to serving and cleaning at the press of a button. A free companion app is also provided to let users check the status of their beer maker at any time.

According to LG, the HomeBrew’s optimized fermentation algorithm smartly controls the fermenting process with precise temperature and pressure control for guaranteed brewing success and enhances the quality of beer in the process. It also features a clever capsule system that removes cleaning-related hassles encountered in traditional home-brewing methods and automatically sanitizes using only hot water which ensures the machine is always hygienically clean for next use.
It allows for in-home production of 5 popular styles of beer – American IPA, golden American Pale Ale, full-bodied English Stout, zesty Belgian-style Witbier and dry Czech Pilsner. Five liters of these can be produced in approximately two weeks depending on the beer type on the HomeBrew.

CES 2019 visitors will be able to checkout the HomeBrew at booth #11100 in the Las Vegas Convention Center from the 8th -11th of January.
