New York based digital marketing startup PebblePost has just closed on $25 million in Series C funding to bolster its marketing capabilities and and solidify its leadership position as stated by the company with the funding round led by Advanced Venture Partners with participation from RRE Ventures, Greycroft and Tribeca Venture Partners.
This marks the first time Advanced Venture Partners is investing in the 4 year old company with Greycroft, Tribeca and RRE notably being returning investors.
PebblePost has now raised over $50 million in total equity funding since its start for its operations.
Beginning 4 years ago, PebblePost created its digital marketing system dubbed Programmatic Direct Mail® which is aimed at converting online shoppers into buyers through the use of meaningful mail and has seen several notable consumers adopt its servce which include Boxed, Haven Life, Saatchi Art, Dermstore and TUMI.
“With hundreds of consumer brands on our platform, and our continued growth, we have a distinct advantage in serving the market we created,” said Lewis Gersh, PebblePost’s founder and CEO. “We’re hearing from those brands that we’ve created the first new channel since search and social, significantly transforming the market.”

They help us target potential customers with a more tailored message,” said Chieh Huang, Co-Founder and CEO of Boxed. “We’re able to manage highly effective direct mail campaigns as we would digital, with all the targeting, data science, A/B testing, attribution and quantitative analysis that we’d expect from digital.”
Its Programmatic Direct Mail® make use of online interest and intent data to send meaningful mails which influences at-home purchases and drivers conversions across online and physical transaction channels for its customers.
Other investors in PebblePost include Alpine Meridian Ventures, Black Point Group, Mantella Venture Partners and ff Venture Capital among others.
