PagerDuty, the publicly-traded IT incident response company, has announced that it’s entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rundeck, a DevOps automation startup, in a deal worth roughly $100 million, representing a significant win for Rundeck, which as a private startup is known to have raised only $3 million in funding. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening PagerDuty’s incident response software package with automation to several software development processes. PagerDuty will also be getting over 150 enterprise customers from its Rundeck acquisition.

PagerDuty is coughing up roughly $60 million in cash and $40 million in stock for Rundeck in a deal that’s expected to close in October of this year. The acquisition likely marks a significant win for Rundeck and its backers, of whom only one, venture capital firm TDF Ventures, is known. TDF provided the entirety of Rundeck’s $3 million seed funding in 2018.

Rundeck is PagerDuty’s first acquisition since becoming publicly-traded in 2019 and the company’s second ever since its inception.

  • i am a successful business owner and father. I got one of these already programmed blank ATM cards that allows me withdraw a maximum of $5,000 daily for 30 days. I am so happy about these cards because I received mine last week and have already used it to get $20,000. Skylink technology is giving out these cards to support people in any kind of financial problem. I must be sincere to you, when i first saw the advert, I believed it to be illegal and a hoax but when I contacted this team, they confirmed to me that although it is illegal, nobody gets caught while using these cards because they have been programmed to disable every communication once inserted into any Automated Teller Machine(ATM). If interested get through to them on mail: skylinktechnes@yahoo.com  or  whatsapp/telegram: +1(213)785-1553
