WeWork has announced an acquisition of Managed by Q, a work-space management platform founded in 2014 and backed by the likes of GV, RRE Ventures, FJ Labs and HomeBrew. The NY based company has raised nearly $100 million according to Crunchbase data. WeWork’s acquisition price is not disclosed but for a hint, Managed by Q was valued at $249 million from its last funding according to Pitchbook.
Managed by Q provides a single platform for companies to manage their workplace tasks and activities. The company’s founder and CEO Dan Teran will continue to lead Managed by Q as a brand under WeWork.
