The new 2019 Acura NSX from Honda became available for order this August for customers who will be getting their hands on an updated version which boasts new design cues, fresh color schemes for both the interior and exterior and a host of chassis enhancements which includes stiffer stabilizer bars, a new grippier tire and software tuning designed to elevate performance in all driving situations.

The output of these upgrades is a supercar which starts from $157,500 and notably responds to the will of the driver. Key changes for the 2019 version include revised software tuning, a new Thermal Orange Pearl, exterior paint option, new Indigo blue with black Alcantara and full Red (all leather), interior options, a gloss black finish for exterior trim, a semi-aniline leather and Alcantara power sport seat and a now standard Technology package for the vehicle.

“From the beginning, Acura has always been about performance,” said Acura NSX Global Development Leader Ted Klaus. “Not only speed or power, but elegantly designed and engineered products that stir the soul and harness innovative technology on a foundation of industry-leading quality and reliability.”

The 2019 NSX is built with advanced new technologies such as a lightweight yet rigid all-aluminum unibody and a chassis mated to a mid-mounted, transverse V6 engine which features a number of innovative production-car technologies including titanium connecting rods, forged pistons and a VTEC valvetrain.

Another notable feature is its Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel Drive which stands as a first-of-its-kind technology which caters for super handling performance. New approaches to the new vehicle’s design includes advanced body construction, component packaging and aerodynamic optimization which results in a vehicle which brings about a surreal experience.

Based on the “man-machine synergy” approach which leads development of Acura vehicles, The 2019 Acura NSX  is developed with a focus on the driving experience with its many features all working towards this. The new vehicle begins at $157,500 with $4,700 in previously optional content now standard and comes with additional prices for a whole lot of optional upgrades and features.
