Popular auto brand Mercedes will be unveiling its new minibus generation at the upcoming IAA International Motor Show scheduled to start on the 20th of September in the German city of Hanover where other major brands will be unveiling new offerings as part of the 7 day event.

The new models dubbed the Sprinter City, Sprinter Transfer, Sprinter Mobility and Sprinter Travel pack unique and intuitive features while standing for operations in regular service as a versatile shuttle bus, for transport of passengers with limited mobility, and for tourist transport.

The Sprinter City 75 plays a standout role with exclusive technology such as a special long wheelbase of 5095 mm and a heavy-duty rear axle disguised under its stylish body.

Its long wheelbase provides the basis for a roomy low-floor platform which can be put to use with tip-up seats, wheelchair and pram bays all packed with a quick-change securing system.

The Sprinter Transfer comes with a comprehensive lineup of 4 models ranging from the 5.9 metre long Sprinter Transfer 23 to the 7.7 metre Sprinter Transfer 55 consisting of an extended rear which aggregates its sleek design.

The Sprinter Mobility is aimed at ferrying passengers with restricted mobility with a gross weight of just 3.5 t. The Mobility 45 comes with a new raised floor added over its wheel arches  enabling 2 wheelchairs to stand beside each other at the level of the rear axle.

The new minibuses will reflect the availability of the Sprinter which will launch later this year with the Sprinter Transfer 23 and 35, the Sprinter Mobility 23 and the completely re-crafted Sprinter City 75 with other models set to follow suit.

By autumn of next year, The new collection will consist of over 20 left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive models available to buyers.
