Just recently, South Korea based automobile giant Hyundai gave a first look at a render image pictured above of a new truck packed with a fuel cell powertrain scheduled for launch next year as part of the company’s electrification efforts.

Hyundai is presenting another milestone for its fuel cell efforts after its ix35 Fuel Cell and the NEXO vehicles with this new electric truck which peculiar design befitting of an eco-friendly truck while being simple and clean with its aerodynamically efficient build.

The Fuel Cell electric truck’s front grille exemplifies Hydrogen through geometric shapes while giving the vehicle a distinctive and powerful look with an iconic blue color application and bold side body graphic which visualizes an eco-friendly look and a high-powered character.

Hyundai will announce its future plans concerning the introduction of this truck at the IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018 event scheduled to kick off in 3 days time at the German city of Hanover.

The Korean auto giant also notably recently completed a highway journey with an autonomously navigated semi-trailer truck marking South Korea’s first while journeying approximately 40km on the highway spanning from Uiwang and Incheon with a large semi-trailer simulating cargo transportation in carriage marking the company’s technological advancement in the future mobility space.
