The ‘For You’ recommendations tab on the Google Maps app is now available on the iOS for the first time in over 40 countries and also 130+ new countries on Android opening up the feature to a vast amount of users across these regions.

The For You tab is made for users to follow neighborhoods and places of interest with updates and recommendations like recent news about an opening or pop up, a new menu item, and even restaurant suggestions provided in real-time.

It starts rolling out today and will make for a very good tool for users making trips to various global spots this holiday season.
